Of this snack popularised by those who were called "les forts des Halles", the ham and butter symbolises the lunch
break in Paris that the photographer is particularly fond of. In April, he travelled to this great metropolis to immortalise
some everyday scenes. He worked exclusively in black and white, this time deliberately choosing a square format
where the eye is not lost in conjecture. With this reportage, he affirms his love for human observation and he never
ceases to confirm his visual and artistic sensibility; photography is written with light.
